LDA Scheme 42 Karachi

The GoS intends to develop urban and peri-urban areas of the province of Sindh into sustainable, livable and well-managed engines of economic growth. The GoS, thorough the LDA, intends to develop areas of Lyari into self-sufficient, livable residential sectors on approximately eleven thousand four hundred and fifty (11,450) acres. Currently, a major portion of around six thousand two hundred and forty three (6,243) acres have been allocated comprising approximately fifty seven thousand (57,000) plots requiring development, whereas, the remaining unplanned portion of this area five thousand two hundred and seven (5,207) acres is raw land.
